Taco Bake

This one surprised me.  To be honest, I didn't have high hopes for it, but it spiked my interest enough to make it.  It turned out really good.  The crescent rolls and Doritos gave it a different taste so it stood out amongst to the vast world of taco dishes.

Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. sour cream (I omitted and added black beans since I am not the biggest sour cream fan, leave it or do both if you want)
1 pkg. crescent rolls (8)
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheese
3/4 bag crushed Dorito chips

Directions:
1. Brown hamburger and drain.
2. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, tiny bit of water, and diced tomatoes. Simmer...
3. In 9x13 dish, press out crescent rolls and roll them to form crust.
4. Layer hamburger mixture, sour cream (Or beans) and then cheese.
5. Top it off with the Doritos.
6.  Bake at 350 for 30 min.  It will look a little brown on top, but don't be alarmed, it is just because Doritos brown quickly.  It will not taste burnt-hopefully :)
